Hey, Was looking at the "edwin jagger" buffalo horn razor on the above page. is this still a dovo razor? Looks exactly like Dovo's buffalo horn razor but with differend logo on the blade....and its 50pound cheaper than the dovo site!!

Any thoughts/recommendations?

when I clicked on your link, the ad said DOVO in big blue letters!

i know it says DOVO in big blue letters! But i can buy a "DOVO" in pakistan for 10 quid! So is it real? Why is it not mentioned on the blade?

You can go to Beijing and buy a top quality rolex for $20. I know this is true because a friend of mine bought a bunch of them.

Clearly says "Manufactured for Edwin Jagger by Dovo of Solingen"

It looks exactly like the ones I have except its missing the gold leafing and the obvious stamp is different. Also the heel has another shape. But other than that. Its probably the exact same people who made it and whatnot. Jagger likes to do that with their items. They are a brand in their own right, just don't produce much themselves it seems.

Guys, EJ is a great brand in my opinion. There is a difference between contracting a company to produce items for you and forgery. There is no deception here. Please check the Le Grelot thread in the reviews/razors section. I can only tell you of my experience with them, I think they are very professional.

This is a Dovo, Edwin Jagger only puts their name on other razors. They don't make them themselves. I bought my LeGrelot from them and it is a LeGrelot just with the EJ logo on it.
