The first 2/3rds are probably used most, but the heel is critical for some areas - like coming up and around the chin. So I voted for all areas of the blade.

I voted for all areas. The first third (toe-ish) probably gets the most work, followed by the middle, with the heel bringing up third place. Depends on what areas I'm trying to hit with a particular grip.

Upper part of the face (above the beard) I'm using either the toe 1/3 or the heel 1/3. About equally.
Below the beard I'm using the middle of the blade.

The sharpest part of the blade...and no, I'm not trying to be funny. I know the idea is to get the same sharpness along the entire length of the blade but in reality this rarely happens and I always find myself gravitating towards the sharpest part...wherever that might be.

I use the front 1/3 or maybe even the toe the most. Was just thinking about this today!

I had to look up what a Zamboni is. It sounded like an Italian sausage and I had trouble visualising a technique that involved waving a sausage over your face.

I went with what ever part works the best as I am shaving different areas of my face feel different or are easier to reach with different parts of the blade for instance, I use closer to the foot of the blade on my neck using either my round point or my square point just to avoid a careless nick or cut. Where the rest of my face I use the whole blade pretty uniformly.
