HAve you tried stretching the skin on your neck is a variety of different ways? This helped me the other day when I found that stretching in different directions helps get curtain spots.

yeah- try pulling the skin over to a flatter area of your neck. Turning your head to one side can help with the stretching (though not the vision)

The hollows on the neck can be a real bear...especially if the hair grows parallel to the jawline.

My technique is to flatten that area by stretching the skin sideways rather than up or down. To do the right side I turn my chin slightly up and to the left, place a couple fingers just to the left of my adams apple, and pull the skin toward my left ear while pushing the adams apple towards my right ear. To do the other left side just reverse the directions.

If that doesn't create a large enough flat area you will just have to experiment to see what works...and that might be easier to do with a dry face before prepping for the shave.

I also recommend stretching the skin to the side. Try shaving at a slight diagonal angle, rather than straight down. That should help the razor see less of a dip.

Same trouble and the same solution given by the previous posters. Trying stretching sideways and pulling the area flat worked for me. Also figuring out the best angle of attack for the particular area.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    All good advice.
I'd like to add that, for me, a smiling edge is really something that makes a difference at the hollow parts of my neck.
Another thing that makes a difference, especially when the growth direction doesn't allow a direct ATG stroke, is scything in the ATG direction.
