    Default First 'real' straight shave

    Having used a shavette for 2 1/2 weeks, I finally got to use a real straight razor.

    It went well, few little difference in how they shave, I found it slightly more keen to irritate me, but also for the irritation to be more short lived. This is obviously a technique thing. I would say that the shave was just as close, and the extra blade length is beyond useful!

    I'm going to leave the razor how I got it, not pretty . . . rustic.
