Default Tabac Shave Stick: Holy Cow!

In Singapore for a few days and did not bring my wetshave kit... I'm a newb so I don't have a travel kit thrown together, and did not have room for what I've got put together.

Had heard about the Tabac Shave Stick, so I picked one up for about $6 along with an Omega boar bristle brush and stand ($8).

Very easy to use! I was impressed with the thick, thick slippery lather that built up in almost no time at all. Much better lather than I've been able to make so far with a scuttle and glycerin soaps. Even though I was only using a Mach III, made a huge difference in the shave. Will definitely use this and the Omega brush as the foundation for my travel kit! Can't wait to get back and try it with the straight, may even start using the Tabac as my regular soap...

    Cheers,

    - HJ

Congratulations, you have discovered that Tabac is one of the most popular wetshaving products in the world FOR A REASON! Seriously, if you've just been using glycerin soaps, then yeah--Tabac is first rate stuff.

And that's a fantastic price for it...pick up some more while you're there. Trust me. If you don't use them, you can sell them no sweat.

And that Omega brush is no chump, either. You done real good!

Welcome, brother, to the cult of Tabac. All of the mysteries of the universe can be found in Tabac lather.

    I'm pretty sure.
