I usually end with a clockwise swirl, some guys do the pinch, but its very presumptuous.

I tried this a few nights ago. Not for me, that's all I can say. It felt awkward and, to be honest, reckless. And very, very slow going. It's almost like shaving the opposite of taut skin. Perhaps I got the wrong idea, but for now I will stick with plain ol' stretching the skin flat.

    With all due respect........"very presumptuous".........Really?
What I am trying to describe is not at all reckless. Again, it is done with a DE or SE or even a Quatro if need be. Attempting the pinch and squeeze with a straight would indeed be dangerous, except in the most experienced and expert of hands.
I may give a video a go, just to give a visual. How does one go about posting a video here?

I got an awesome BBS shave today and I did study my stretching movements a little in thinking about this post. Not a real pinch, but using the finger(s) to stretch the skin, I saw some skin on the north side of the stretch build up a little between the fingers - Thumb & pointer. If you took a snap shot when the skin is stretched out, it looks like I am doing a pinch and and pull, but it didn't start out that way.

I think I am doing a variation of what is being described here.
