Thread: The Patch that won't go away

I've got one of those patches too, in just about the same place as yours. Here's the way I deal with it. This is the product of many years of whacking away at it. I finally figured out that it just grows back every day, and nothing I do is going to make it better. So I go up down, back and forth, across left to right, right to left, and all other points on the compass, then I forget it until tomorrow!

That is a good way to look at some things: do the best you can for today, because there is a tomorrow.

You are a philosopher, my good man, and I agree with you on the overall point. All those tomorrows will someday become "today" and voila! my straight razor and I have conquered the blasted patch.
