Are there any statistics ???

Does anyone know of any statistical data regarding the number of men who actually shave with a str8 on a daily basis. It must be a very large number based on the daily activity on this website.

This info would make for some interesting trivia facts. Not to mention how many women shave with a str8 and how often. That would also be interesting to find out.

I've never seen info of this nature posted here...............

It must be a small number, as I am the only one in the circle of people I know through work, clubs, and friends who uses a cut throat.
Just as small is the world of DE shaving as my son is the only one in his circle of aquantices who uses one, a nice 76 gillette black beauty adjustable I purchased NOS for his 17th birthday.
So I would say there is a hell of a lot of people still on the DARK SIDE!

If you took the number of members of this website and compared it to the population of a particular country - I suspect it would be pretty small. (What's the poplulation of Australia? The United States?)

This is even allowing for the straight users who don't join online forums.

But yes - it would be interesting. When you are a part of a community (online or real-world), you can get the impression that everyone is like you!

This can lead to surprises at times.... how did they get voted in??? Or when I say I don't have a tv... moment of shock and silence (though I'm not Luddite)...anyway I'm going off topic.

yea its pretty small. Statistically insignificant even though there are many who do it and have no contact with this or any site but have been doing it a long time.
