Caution: Sarcasm Inside
Why do we spend all this money on a collection of razors, strops, hones, creams, soaps, and brushes?
After all, the Gillette Fusion has 5 blades on the front, 2 moisturizing strips, a trimmer on the back, and a strip that tells you when its time to throw away your blade for a new one! What an awesome invention! And at only $30 an 8-pack, such a deal too!
We need to all switch to the wave of the future!

Thanks, but no thanks. I'll continue to roll the dice and hope I don't nick my jugular. Oh and if you're going to switch to the wave of the future, I would be happy to take any straight razors off your hands, besides they're useless to you now that you have seen the future.

Wow you've made me realize what a fool I have been. I'm selling all my straights and paraphanelia and will only use the Gillette and canned goo.

Yeah, yeah but I have been practicing the ability to hold 3 straight razors in one hand so I can at least match the Mach 3 now, another few years and I will be holding 5 at a time...

Oh, I forgot to mention this earlier. They also make one with batteries that vibrates!
Ha, if our simple low tech straight razors did that, we would die!
Gillette, saving lives through engineering.

Straight razor shaving while listening to your favorite hard rock album (may I suggest deep purple: machine head) at the appropriate volume with a good subwoofer will give you tons more vibration than that stupid fusion thing (and it'll wake you up in the morning too).
