Thanked: 16A gift from my lovely wife!
I mentioned to the group a few weeks ago that I came back to straight razor shaving after a hiatus of about 3 years. Storage was becoming a bit of an issue as my razors were kept in a plastic tray and the blades would sometimes open and bump the neighboring scales. My wonderful wife solved the problem with the following homemade solution:

A gift from my lovely wife
My dear Schatz,
Your wife must as lovely as her artistic creation. That razor travel kit is lovely. I am sure it is a gift well deserved.
Regards,
Obie

You have a lovely wife!
I bought seven beautiful razors the other day, and am in the process of selling some of them. My wife told me she wanted me to keep them! I have a lovely wife too!!

That is really nice. My mother-in-law--God rest her soul--was very artistic like that. My wife is pretty good too. I may have to show her this picture. I have always enjoyed a hand-made gift over a store-bought gift; there is more love in it.
