    Joed has the best explanation I can see here and he is exactly right. However, when you et into the W&B 8/8 you better be pretty steady and light touched, because they give great shaves but are much different in how they work.

    +1 to both of these! Livi does full hollows, but there are not many others who do them often. Maybe it is a choice on the side of the customer, (I think that mass=value is an important point), but it could be that heavier grinds are simpler do to.
