Learning to lather
I just got my first cake of decent soap the other day, and HOLY CRAP did it make a difference. When I started shaving back in High School (with a Gillette Mach 3) I got a decent boar brush, but I was using a "shaving soap" that I now realize was really nothing more than handsoap in a round cake. After having used that for so many years, and actually learned to get a decent lather with it, when I switched to a real shaving soap (glycerine based) it was a no-brainer to get it right.
Not sure if I'd actually recommend this method to new guys to learn how to lather, but it sure worked well for me.
(If this is in the wrong section I apologize. I couldn't find a better match.)

Some soaps/creams are easier than others and if you've hard water it makes it more difficult. I'm just too cheap to spend on water softener
BTW love your avatar! They're coming out with a sequel and can't wait.
How Rocco is still alive is beyond me...

Yeah, I'm concerned about the new one. My worry is that it seems they've taken the story from a righteous quest to just a revenge story.
I don't think Rocco is still alive, I think he's in some flashback type scenes, so that's why he's credited.
