Beginning to understand the hype
I just had my first shave with a less than full hollow ground singing razor. It was very nice, smooth, and comfortable. I have read many times here the praises for wedge, quarter, and half grinds. I think I get it now.
This razor was a Wapi 4/8 with what I would call a 1/2 hollow that I got from shavingshop.com. This made me even more anxious to recieve my 1/4 and wedge ground Wackers from John. The upsetting part here is that this may leave my vintage Henckels and Bokers not often used.
I have to say on a side note; I finially love to shave in the morning and my wife absolutely loves a BBS face.
Thanks Christopher

Congratulations on finding shavers you like. Sounds like you've been getting some nice shaves. If you find some razors going unused, you can always sell them.

Welcome to SRP. From your screen name I bet you don't mind having a whole bunch of unused blades put up. Your in the center of knife country. I like the old Case knives myself.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
