Thread: I did my first shave today! YEA!!

Well i did my first SR shave today. I ordered the starter set from ruprazor. I know the razor is not as sharp as it should. I tried stroping it but still not sure if im doing it right. It felt like it pulled a little. Stretching my skin and opening my jaw i was able to get 80% of my face almost all the way down my neck. I have a goa t so i dont have to worry about above my lip and my chin. I alternated between hands. Same hand same side. I shaved WTG and XTG. I was very surprised it was not as hard as i thought it would be. I do know i need it invest in a quality brush. Came out BBS. Only a couply tiny spots where you can feel a faint stubble. Much better than to Safty razor. I LOVE IT!Im addicted!!!! Now the hardest part learning how to get the razor as sharp as possible. I fell the will be the most chalenging.
Oh yes! on top of that i had an audience. My 8 and 10 year old watching and distracting me. LOL! But they were good.
