**My wife helped me confirm there were small specks of black rubbing off onto my fingers and blades..I thought it was the age of my blades**..I sent my strop back to Lynn to verify this...dunno if its normal

So..my only double strop is in the strop and I had to use my DE handle..so I used a yellow feather blade which I figured was the closest sharpness compared to my str8 razors..yea it burned good cause its a new blade..but I could swear I saw the entire constellation in the form of red spots...including Orionnes belt around my mouth on the left side...
My DE did get the tiny spots my straight doesnt get..including my "cactus" hairs around my adams apple that I think grow outward..I am still working on this..but other people with similar "bear hair" as mine say they use DE or whatever device or blade to get those pesky hairs..I think my face does miss it's strop
