Shopping on e-bay for straight razors.........................................1,4 20.00
Equipment needed to keep a razors edge................................... 470.00
Tools needed to build a rich lather............................................ ... 442.00
Aftershaves,balms and cologne to finish off a BBS shave............. 168.00

Funny how a lot of us started this sport because we thought it would save us money! Congratulations on your 1 year, may there be many more but with less painful expense!

This is so so true lol, but ya know what I don't mind, I hated spending so much on blades because I hated shaving, was always such a chore, now I love it and it has become my hobby so strangely I don't mind spending the money on it Originally Posted by Disburden

This is exactly what happened when, as a competitive shooter, I got into reloading. Oh yeah, I'll save money because power, lead, and primers are so cheap and I can re-use the brass…after spending $2500 on equipment… Originally Posted by Disburden
