    Mine sometimes does that and sometimes not. It's a gamble whether I'll get the ingrowns or not. It seems more often that I get them in the middle of the week if I do that as opposed to the weekend growth monday shave.

    OK, here's my two cents. I find the practice of stretching the skin on my neck (the only place I shave) to be counter productive. After I'm done, the surface of my neck is indeed, BBS. But this is only when I hold my chin up, stretching the skin taut. When I relax it, yeah, there's lots of stubble. There's not much I can do about it, as shaving loose skin is not really practicle.
