    Gabriel,

Though I don't own one, it is my understanding that
they are a very good razor.

    Default I have one

    Greetings,

I have a Hen & Rooster 5/8 round point that I am very pleased with. It's nothing special in the style department but it gives a friendly and easy shave. I paid $58.00 for mine delivered shave ready by Tony Miller if that helps in figuring out what a good price is.

    regards &c

    Gabriel,
Niice razors but do chack that the silver foil H&R logo inlaid into the scales is not coming loose.

There is an eBay seller, PDPRATT that has these too in his storefront.

    Thumbs up H&R razors

I have the H&R 5/8 round point with the false tortoise scales. It's a nice looking razor, though not a knockout, and the quality is pretty good for the price.

Mine shaves very well, and it was easy to get to a shave ready state, although (as usual) it's not shave ready right out of the box. It will hold an edge well, and is well balanced in the hand.

I'd look at the individual razor you're thinking about buying to make sure it doesn't have any cosmetic blemishes, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Thanks for the advice guys. Man.... this place is awesome! The guy that owns the place treats the str8's like shit but oh well... He's a cranky old fella that likes things his own way. BUT.... he buys str8's whenever he can. And refuses to buy crap. A least he knows quality! As Lynn can tell you, he sharpens them in a horrible way! HE f's up the whole blade.... enough said.
