It is definitely more important that you stay out of the linac, man.

I fear that, in this case, your warning comes far too late. However, the dire consequences, so amply and drastically demonstrated in this particular case, should serve as a sobering warning to others.

    James.
Supposedly that's what happened to David Banner: an encounter with high energy radiation, coupled with his "unique" genetic makeup, turned him into the Incredible Hulk. Always get a kick out of that statement - we're all unique - duh.

OK, actually in that story it was a cobalt-60 machine, not a linac. However, if you follow the warped logic of the Hulk series, I should be approximately 4 times "hulkier" than Lou Farrigno because the average energy of Co-60 is 1.25 MeV and the energy from our linac is 6MV (which equates to a mean photon energy of approx 4 MeV). MeV is mega electron volts for all you non-physics geek types.

Unfortunately, last time I looked in the mirror (which was this morning during my date with the Boker) I was still the same old skinny guy. I looked nothing like Lou

I never even got past the word 'Abbreviations'. If the first sentence contains a word of more than three syllables, I'm out.
Yes I know, my first sentence contains a word that I wouldn't get past, but here I am still typing...It's my bloody story here so it's an exception to the rule.
