Trouble in Paradise

Earlier tonight I had to come to terms that I am suffering from AD. Let me explain. My secretary (wife) was doing bills on the computer and asked me, "What's this charge from SRD for?" ( I knew it was only going to be a matter of time before I heard about it) I kinda gave her a smile and said nothing. At this point she bellowed "This better not be any RAZOR STUFF!!.
I said, "But dear, it's a japanese straight razor". I immediately tried to change the subject, which surprisingly worked. She's still not happy about it, but I'll get over it.

Thanks to SRD for a very nice and sharp Iwasaki Kamisori. As a matter of fact I shaved with it for the first time right before the "incident". Awesome shave.

I have found that there is no point trying to hide anything from SWMBO.

In a single, almost X-Ray like look at me, my wife can determine if I have bought any shaving related goods ! It is uncanny

Ask Lynn if he'd be willing to set up a porn section in SRD. That way, when the bill comes and she asks about the SRD charges, you can reply "Oh, I don't know. Might be razors, might be porn." Then you can pull out the razor and she won't be so upset.

it's because she can see your happy, if she knows she hasn't done something to make you happy it must razor related. The key is to stay depressed all tge time they your razor collecting can really blossom.

well mine used to get upset with me about shaving stuff that i buy,and i have found out a way to calm her down about it. when she starts her stuff i tell her that i can spend a lot more and have a lot nicer shave stuff but i am trying to get by on the cheep. so she ask if i realy need 50 razors, 15 stones and 10 lbs. shave soap, 10 brushes, so i ask would you rather i grow the beard back? and the answer was what do you need now honey,
