    Default Music well shaving?

Do you listen to music well you shave. If so what do you jam?

    Lately:

Miles Davis- birth of the cool(1950's jazz well shaving with a vintage straight razor and some sandlewood soap... so relaxing)

The Gaslight Anthem-the 59' sound (modern band, but has a old school feel to it.)

I put on a classical music cable channel. I take whatever comes on.

Although I don't have a means of listening to music in my bathroom, I do "think" of Jazz when I shave. That would be my perfect music to shave to. Relaxing and just fits the mood...Miles would be good!

I love Gaslight Anthem and 59 Sound is my favorite of their LP/EP's.

I have been listening to Sun Araw lately when I shave. Pitchfork described their album "On Patrol" as "...like listening to a lava lamp." It is psychedelic electronic droney stuff, but it seems just right to me for shaving.

I do jazz as well Hank Mobly, Coltrane, but mix it up with Louie Prima and Sam Butera.

Yes I do listen to music, when I str8 shave. It is more convient now, that I have an i-pod classic with all my cd's loaded in it. The Bose sound dock I have, is not only more compact then my portable cd player, the sound quality of the Bose i-pod sound dock blows the cd player away, as well. I play mostly classical, and jazz.

I used to listen to music while shaving, mostly ballads and sometimes power metal. I also listened to jazz, but I noticed that no music at all gives me the best shaves.

I have once when I had the house to myself. I put in a Mozart CD. It was quite relaxing.

I don't listen to music while I shave because I like to hear the sounds of shaving. Loading the brush, swirling lather on my face, whiskers being mowed down, stropping, I love it.
