It takes time. At first my shaves lasted abut the same as my M3. Then over time they lasted longer and longer. I can now be presentable for about a day and a half.

Stick with it and don't worry - it will come.

First of all, for the sake of this thread, what is the definition of "shave longevity"? Is it the period of time until you can feel stubble starting to growing back (which can technically still be an acceptable shave), or the point when you have enough stubble to warrant shaving again?

A BBS shave will last 8-10 hours for me,after that you can feel some stubble but cant see it. After 36 hours,i could shave again, but i wait until i hit the 48 hour mark and that gives my face a rest and i have a good amount of whiskers to warrent a nice 3 pass shave.

Well if I were a whisker and someone came at me with 2/3 or more teensy little blades I'd be irritated beyond belief, but if that same someone came at me with a humungous bloody great sword of a blade, I'd be keeping my head down for as long as bloody possible, let me tell you!

Good question...for the sake of this thread I am speaking primarily about seeing the shadow. Oddly enough the whiskers feel pokier but again I am primarily concerned with how it looks.
