Thanked: 14I remember reading a post some time ago where a poster used small o-rings to give him a better grip when shaving. I've tried that and it does work.

Just an idea.
I know this as Vet Wrap, (my wife is a Veterinarian) This stuff is pretty cheap and could be changed.
From their site:
Flexible, self-cling bandaging tape
Width: 2 inches
Length: 5 yards (180 inches) when fully stretched
Easy to apply, remove
Available in red or white
The same flexible, self-cling wrap that your veterinarian uses. This elastic wrap clings only to itself and it won't slip or loosen once its been applied. Cut it to any length needed. Each roll is 5 yards long (when fully stretched out). Use it for first aid or for decorating! Select from red or white!
NOTE: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions in humans.
