Both will be great shavers once honed, but I'd go for the TI. Its way prettier!

Did you say it would be the last purchase for your rotation? You're kidding, right? Heck, I'd get 'em both and start saving up (and making up the requisite excuses) for the next one.

I agree! But if it were me and I had to choose only one, I'd go with the Friodur. They'll both be great shavers, but I tend to prefer a simpler, cleaner look. That TI almost looks sort of gaudy to me--but I'll probably be in the minority there.

    Both blades are real nice!

I haven't tried any Thiers Issard blades yet(although that is very soon to change)
I have, however, a Friodur, and that is one of my top shavers.
As the previous poster, I like the clean lines on the Friodur, so I would probably go for that.

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Default Making the same choice a few days ago.

I kept going back and forth between these two same razors this week. Actually, I ended up getting a Hart Steel spike point instead. I just got it yesterday from Classic Shaving. I've only had a chance to look at it so far, and I'm very impressed! I'm going to shave with it today.

    It is all personal Preferences.
I would choose TI any time without thinking.

Personally, I prefer more substantial grinds in anything above 6/8, so my vote would definitley be for the Friodur! Besides, I'm not sure but I don't think they're making them anymore...

I'd go for the Friodur. I just shaved with my "new one" this morning, and it's great.

There is no choice .... you have to buy them both.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
