Wow!..thats a great vid...I had a question for you..when you say the Feather has a heavier weight to it where the blade area is..how do you feel this compares to a wedge grind western straight razor..I have never tried a wedge razor and think it might do my VERY coarse and thick beard justice though..once again I enjoy ALL your vid's on youtube as well

Great vid as always, Thomas! I have to admit to being surprised at how close a shave you got with those WTG passes, surely a testament to the Feather

    Cheers,

I have a Feather AC SS folding, and nothing eliminate whiskers as easily as Feathers. It's not replacing my straights anytime soon, but I really enjoy having it my rotation. It gives me a BBS easier than most straights, but it's almost like cheating.

I have not tried a wedge grind, so I cannot help you there, sorry. I am glad however, that you enjoy the vids.

Hello, Thomas: Another fine video. Indeed, those Feathers are sharp and slick shavers. I have the Artist Club in the wood handle and use it as a backup on trips mostly. Also, when a straight isn't sharp enough on a given shave, I switch over to the Feather. You seem to have found the ideal straight razor and that's what matters. Well done, sir.
