Don't try this at home....
So I nicked a small mole on my chin the other day, like all moles this bleed like a beauty.
Shaving a few days later, I was paying particular attention not to nic the same mole again, I was so intently focused that I realised I was holding my breath, I lifted the razor from my chin and took a short sharp breath in through my nose and snorted all the shaving cream from my top lip straight up my nose! Not a good thing to do, I had tears running down my face the pain was so intense, it took me a while to recover but carried on regardless.
Has that happened to anyone else or just me?

Accidentally removed a small mole? Yep. Snorted shaving cream? Nope.

No but the lather dried under my nose one day as I was concentrating and taking my time on a bit under my chin. Likewise I had ended up holding my breath, but I breathed out and made a mini snow globe as little white flakes of lather drifted off my face.

My Grandmother's first husband shaved a mole off and died as a result. That was in 1918. Now that I use proper shaving soap and proper razors, instead of aerosols and cartridges, as I am sure you do otherwise you would hardly be reading this, I am very pleased to say I very, very seldom ever cut myself.

What, you mean he wouldn't eat the mushrooms-on-toast, so.........? Ha ha!
No, her second husband, my grandfather, got kicked in the face, in France in the same year, 1918, by one of the heavy horses used to tow the howitzers and cannons on he battlefields. He was attended to by the army doctors, then they put sandbags around his head in the field hospital so he couldn't move at all. When all the bones had set they let him see himself in a mirror. He told the doctors it would be absolutely impossible for him to return home and have his family see him in such a state, so the doctor in charge took a hammer, smashed his face up again and reset it.
He was still better looking than me!

I've done a mole
About 8 months ago I did such a good job of slicing off a mole (using a Puma 6/8) that when it stopped bleeding it smoothed right out, it hasn't come back, I sent myself a bill and my insurance declined to pay it.
As for snorting lather, that hasn't happened in all my 46 years of shaving.
