Thanked: 458Do whatever you can to try to figure out how to shave it in the direction that it grows.
It looks like most of the stuff under your chin (but not below your adams apple grows upward toward your chin. That's the way I'd shave it. The stuff below the adams apple grows diagonally or downward toward the adams apple. That's the direction I'd shave that, too.
If you shave with it, it'll feel less punitive while you're shaving, too.

Thanked: 177razor burn
[QUOTE=groovyd;901757]Like I said no stretching...
I dont think this was mentioned. If you get the burn, grind up a few aspirins and water and make a light paste. Put on with cotton ball. Really works well and fast for me. I cold water shave, proraso sensitive, straight(various in rotation) alum block and nivea aftershave balm( both in the fridge). If I get the burn I will use the aspirin. I have a small amount In a bottle so its always there.

Thanked: 4827That looks an awful lot like the rash I get from the alum block, and in the same place too.

Thanked: 0To grip the skin while it is wet just simply swipe your fingers across your alum bar, and you will be able to grip your skin without a problem.
