Thread: Landmark Shave

Today I finally got a BBS shave and no blood. I have been making slow progress ATG. My whiskers grow almost parallel to the skin which is sensitive to abrasion and easily lifts to meet the edge of the razor.

Learning how to get a really good finish on my razor has been a big help but the real solution came today when I laid the blade flat to my face. Skin stretched tight with no angle prevented the usual dig into the skin and the super smooth edge just slid the buggars up into the foam on my blade. About 3 little weepers(get more than that with DE)and no burn.

The Coup de Maitre and the Fool's Pass no problem.

I am a very happy man.
