I'm skeptical. I don't see how for that price they can make a quality razor in Germany. I suspect they are actually made in the East somewhere and sent to Germany for minor detailing and then they become "made in Germany" but that's just a guess.

Pakistan probly have a made in Germany stamp and stamped it just so they can make money

I've heard of some companies that just add the scales in Germany to be able to say they are made there. Not entirely sure, but that's my guess with these. I agree with thebigspendur, there's no way these are quality blades for that price. I can speak from experience that cheap new blades are not able to be used for shaving. I was a sucker when I started and picked up a cheap razor, that I use to open boxes and that's about it.

As has been suggested, take a look at the razors available in the SRP classifieds. If you want a new razor, spend a little more to buy a new razor from a reputable dealer that will ensure the blade is shave ready before shipping it.
