Because I like bringing back old and superior technology. Because I like slowing down part of my day. Because it turns the shave into an accomplishment. Because I love knowing I honed out that edge myself, whipped that lather myself. Because while I'm shaving it is impossible to think about anything else at all. Some people spend years, decades, lifetimes learning how to empty their minds the way we get to when we just need to focus on shaving.
