    Conservatively estimating an average of about four shaves per week for two years on a new razer that has NEVER been honed - only stropped on canvas and leather - makes it about 416 shaves so far.

    Going by DaveW's rules, however, I believe my results don't count because the canvas undoubtedly acts as an abrasive.
