Problem with shaving ATG on my neck (hair grows sideways near jaw area)

So over the last few months i have mapped out my face fairly well, but have always had trouble with the edges of my next, see attached photo.

Im looking for advice on how to go ATG in this area, the problem arises with the size of the razor it makes if difficult to go horizontal with it. I also am trying to use a 7/8 square point, which could be make me a fool from the start. I worry as i go ATG with the razor vertical the point will catch on my jaw line. So most of the time i either finish with a pass ATG with the razor horizontal and pull up vertically and have a little stubble or pull out the DE Razor and quickly touch up just that ATG area.

Any suggestions is GREATLY appreciated.
