Would anybody Know or reconize the Maker of this Straight Razor with just details
Would like to know if anyone could help me find out who is the maker of this new straight razor I bought for my Hubby at flea market..To help make more exiting and personal about who made when I give it to him for 20yr anniversary. One arm is up slight above her head,The other reaching as though to pull her back
Its like nicotine Color Has a Nude woman with long hair past her bottom above her some type of long gated leaves I believe? She is standing on a big Lilly pad with water ripples under the pad..and attached to the pad is 3 stick stem with leaves ,Back side is all black.its made of some type of plastic?
On The blade itself has type of crown and right under that is a curved dagger or a sword,
and under that I can make out the words WALD-GERM...I'm not sure if it once said Germany and just wore off.
The other side of blade Has initials ERN..Which may just be former owners but I'm not sure..
Who ever owned before must of loved it shows where his fingers wore down some of the back side.
Any info would great,I have lots of others but I lost kodak battery charger had to order a new,
So I'm waiting for it to come in the mail
Thanks in advance for any info on the gorgeous piece.

Sounds like you mean one of these,
They look great on a Cadillac, but I wouldn't want to shave with one.

Just so you know, there are people who collect decorated celluloid scales, such as that one you've displayed, who pay exorbitant amounts for them. Even if the blade is trashed. If you can pick up something like that reasonably that is fine, assuming the blade is also in good shape. If the primary purpose is to shave with it you'll get a much better deal with plain scales.
