I think I just got a friend hooked!
Hey guys! So, I think I just got my friend hooked on straight razor shaving! So heres how it went. I had a friend over after school,(he knew I shaved with straights,) and he saw my box of straights. He opened it and said"I wanna try." So I pulled out my Geneva Cutlery razor, great shaver, then I stropped it for him. (I didn't want to risk him ruining the edge) So I made him a later out of some TOBS Sandalwood, then he shaved! He ignored my advice and did a full face shave! He got a decent sized cut on his chin, so a bit of payback. But other than that he did a great job. Now, I am considering hooking him up with my old leather strop and maybe that Geveva cause he like it a lot and wants to get into it. What do you think?

Im thinking about doing it. I just found out that his dad actually uses a brush and co bigelow cream, so that makes things easier. One I teach him how to strop I think I'll give him one of my razors and my secondary strop.
