I haven't tried them all yet so I can't say. Still could use the unlimited funds so, if we could pass around the hat I could help answer this question once a for all. Just put cash or your favorite razor in the hat please. I do favor my Satinedge 6/8 and my GE 7/8 at this time.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

I have come to realize that the more razors I hone and shave the harder this question has become to answer

This thread is kinda highlander-esque, "There can be only one" but there was never just one immortal on the show. I bet if someone found the perfect razor eventually they would want a seven day set, you know, with the unlimited funds and all!

I find it fun to shave with different sizes, grinds and and countries of origin so I am of no help on this topic.
I shave because I want to, not because I have to!

From my present perspective of three years experience, I would take a 5/8 stainless steel razor with no etching and an ivory color handle.

But it took most of that three years to arrive at that decision.

Unless I could have all the custom makers collaborate on 1 razor...thats an impossible question to answer. Even if that were possible...still not as fun, I want at least 1 from each

What a lot of BS marketing. I'd like to see someone try to cut thru a rock with their damascenic razor .
