Shaving on a Train
Last night I decided to shave on my overnight train trip from Denver CO to Chicago IL. I knew before I started that this would be a challenge, but I went ahead and made the attempt. While the actual shave was difficult, I found that stropping was the biggest challenge. I completed about 75% of my first pass, but was going no where fast, so I had to borrow a disposable from a friend. I have not used a disposable in over a year, but managed to finish the shave without any blood being spilled. Has anyone else attempted to shave on the train and if so what were your results?

You are a brave man! That's sounds like something I would do, just for the challenge! I'm glad you put safety first! Looks like you had a lot of fun (adrenalin)! Double O

I knew the folly in my attempt before I even started, but really wanted to see how things would go. I reasoned that many men before me must have shaved on a train at some point, so....
The hardest part was the prep work. I think that's what made the actual shave difficult.

Someone posted here a Canadian newspaper was giving tickets for driving and texting. The report goes to say, that others where putting makeup on, eating and straight razor shaving! Way to go Canada!

For a second I thought you were going to say you were shaving and a bunch of snakes fell down on you while shaving.
yes it's challenging but folks have shaved on airplanes and trains and ships so it can be done and of course you are evidence of that.
Now what about those snakes? No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero
