    Default Milota Wien

I got this razor from Germany. I wanted a Viennese razor and this little 3/8 looked to be in good shape and I got it cheap. I was bummed when I got it under the loupe, it had 3 nicks on the edge and one was pretty good sized. So I threw caution to the wind, broke out the 4/8k Norton and went to work on it.
I have barely honed any razors but this turned out well. I honed it til I was satisfied the chips where gone and then I stropped it for a good bit. Shaved with it the next day and got a great shave out of it. It's a fun, fast little shaver and I'm really glad I got it.

I wanted to take the last image out but couldn't figure it out. Live and learn.

There is one thing about having little chips in the edge. You know they are there and watch them ever so carefully disappear and then once they are gone you have a very well set bevel. Nice little razor by the way.

That can take a lot of work sometimes, but the effort is well rewarded.
