Thread: More mystery stubtails

As you can probably tell I've been delinquent on my postings of stuff I've had for a while. This is another one I have no idea about. There's a stamp on the tang, but also on the top of the spine. I think they might say the same thing. The one on the spine reads '[illegible] IN LONDON'. At first I thought it might be one of the marks of random place names like 'LISBON' or 'FRANCE', but it definitely says 'in London'. I defer to higher authorities as to the meaning.

This might be one of those rare, rare cases where it was actually made in London!
