I just got a Double Duck Satin Wedge back that was honed by Glen from the forum here, the blade is like silk.
First real shave using a wedge, was definitely different, going to take some time to get used to.
Point is, getting it shave ready is important, so send it out to get it honed properly, that's a nice blade!

Thanked: 169The angle with the wedge is a bit different. I have a drew sheffield wedge in my rotation and the spine is definitely a touch more away from my face than with hollows to achieve what feels optimal.
