For the standard DE Feathers are very good. My preference is Astra superior platinum. You may have to hunt eBay for Valet blades at a reasonable cost.

You have to know the length needed first. Somebody might come along that has one and knows but easy to measure. Nice haul. I''l race ya to the W&B :<0)

ummm okay I thought you ment the shavette. I would think any de would fit the other and that would be a hunt you have to go on yourself. Very few in here know what the best is :<0) I prefer Dubl Duck blades but that is because I have only used mine once.

Thanks guys... I read somewhere that i can use the feather de for the gillette safety razor and that feather makes razors that will fit the valet... I am assuming that the long single edge feathers will fit in the shaverette, it is made in japan! And yes! I am going to get that W&b tomorrow for sure

I've read that Feather does make a blade that fits the Valet, but I don't have any first hand experience with it.

Any DE blade will fit in the flair tip. You can pick up a pack of blades at some pharmacy's if you're in a rush to try it out.

    5 Feather Single Edge Blades

here's what will fit your Valet Autostrop razor, also Connaught shaving carries them I think they are pretty sharp just like their DE blades. Nice haul by the way.

Ohh my thanks guys! You guys are so helpful! Love this forum! Best part about this last two days haul is that my wife was the one who went back for my W&B and had it here waiting for me when i came from work! She is sweet! Said... I rather you have this hobby than going out and drinking or something like that! I also got some goodies in the mail! Vintage mug and brushName: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1387606532.785227.jpg
