I would be replacing them to look exactly the same with the inlays and all. There is a cracked and melted indentation that runs about half the length of the back scale and is discolored really bad too. I like period or "factory" restorations more than custom most of the time anyways and I don't want to lose the "bling" anyhow as that's what makes the ducks look so awesome.

I'm not so worried about getting this one usable right away as I have a W&B and a German Made WM Elliot that Glen is working on for me to use in the mean time. I'm just not one to do something half way and I jumped into this one with both feet... :-)
