I also enjoyed the MWF...I have read a lot about this soap so I knew what to expect. All the reading paid off, got a real nice lather (we have a good water softener) which helped with the nice comfortable shave. The MWF needed more water than my AOS soap, the only other soap I have used.

All and all...I would not hesitate getting another Ralf Aust!!

When i got my Aust i was compering it side by side to a dovo of somewhat equal price and even one that was a bit higher price and the Aust felt better made! The brand engraved looks amazing instead of dovos new lame laser etch or whatever! It just looks better made and feels better in my hand in my opinion! Im saving for my next aust!!!!

I have a 6/8 spanish point on the way to me. It will be my first modern straight.
