Thread: Another antique store find

Well....razor number 8 in the last week. Needs some love but shouldn't be too much work. Excelsior, Germany....no clue about the company...5/8 width. Anchor with star and an arrow through it. Antique store find...priced at $15...haggled them to $10. One piece black plastic scales.

Anyone got info on the company?

I have read of them as a maker for , I think, Montgomery Wards or Sears.
Wester Bros., Solingen in 1925 and 1928. Open-blade razor maker.

The ones I have made the clean up worth while as they are a good tempered steel.
