From about 1920 is this little joke hand out with safety razor sharpening prices and Razor honing. Note to the pros of today it cost 25cents back then. Looks like you have to read from lower right, then it opens to top then prices on the back.

Thanked: 4From what I can gather (inflation data dot com), about $2.91. But you also need to take into account the demand and supply in the 20s vs today.
