Persepolis, Rodgers etc
A few more I decided not to bother with separate posts for. A Brammer Persepolis, one I've been after for a while, an Engström with a nice Joseph Rodgers in ivory I found buried in a lot, and an interesting small razor, "re-carbonized" steel.

Thanked: 4826That is a nice box of tricks. I have several Joseph Rodgers at home in varying states of repair. Do you have any good links for figuring out where the sit in the age scale. There are a lot of them around.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

Oh wow. Great shape, great find! Thank you for sharing. ATM, your Persepolis is posted alongside another thread of someone who seems to have lucked out with a Persepolis.

Thanked: 884Re-carbonized.
I'm wondering if that is referring to what was also called "case hardening" whereby a few extra molecules of carbon were cooked onto the surface of steel. Made a hard surface, but it was extremely thin.
As usual, WAY COOL RAZORS!!!
