    Really wish I could help more. I think a photo of the complete shave kit would be appreciated by members here. There is always interest in vintage shaving related items.

    I have to say that you are very lucky to have the family story behind the razor. Wonderful to have such an heirloom.

    I guess we know the history of both of our razors, being our Great Grandfather's. Your box is a bit different than mine, almost looks newer. Thanks for the pics.

    I know the tread is old, but if you're still here, I'd like to see what's stamped on the razor. I also have S Pearson. I don't know how old he is either.
