Thread: My first score at an antique store!

Finally made it to an antique store and got a real score (I think)!! I picked up a Dubl Duck brush and a Boker for $20! There's a couple chips towards the heel and it appears to have a bit of a smile towards the toe? Both came with boxes.

Is it wrong to replace the knot with a badger knot? It was meant for a barber to brush off the hair after a cut, but I love the size of the handle.

Nope, it's perfectly fine.

Ok good. Last thing I want to do is potentially ruin something someone may have been searching for, or is a gem in and of itself just because the handle is a nice size.

Are those bone scales?

Dzanda, yes, but unfortunately they're broken.

Oh wow nice nos dd shave brush, im never lucky enough to find nos accessories, but you got a great deal!

I think that's the same brush Hawkeye uses on M.A.S.H.
