    Default My humble lil collection

Hey fellas, hope all is well. I just thought I'd share some pics of my razors and shavettes that I've acquired in a lil over a month since I started using a straight razor. I got them all honed and the pins adjusted. I also got the Shumate that i cracked cut down and got a handle on the W&B I got at the flea market for $4. I was planning on onkly getting enough for a 7 day rotation, but I don't think I should stop there. From L to R- Dovo Shavette, Wade and Buthcher, Filarmonica Shavette, Shumate Dollar, George Wostenholm & Sons Pipe Razor, Unmarked Dovo, Robeson Suredge, Boker Red Injun, Dubl Duck Satin Edge. I havent even used them all yet as some weren't shave ready until now, but I'd have to say that out of the ones Ive used my Boker Red Injun is my favorite so far. Thanks for looking fellas and have a blessed evening.

Take the shavette outside and place it under the right front tire of your car. Drive the car forward two inches and park the car, set the emergency brake. Now go back in the house and pour yourself a single malt scotch rocks and celebrate. You are now a complete success as a razor guy.

Kidding of course. Nice collection so far....... Good luck.

Haha, but I still enjoy using shavettes once in a while. I just used the Filarmonica tonight.

Thanks fellas. I think I'll add a Filarmonica some day and stop right there. Or I should say I hope to stop there.
