    Default My Latest Two

Had a goal of three. Rare, NOS, Custom. Filled the first two within a week and a half of each other.

First one is a Shumate Safety Razor.

Second is a cosmoline covered W H Sample.

Believe it or not, both on the bay and at a time when there was very little bidding action and got both for under a century note! I'm not known for being a lucky person generally, more like the two dollar lottery winner and the guy behind me hits the jackpot kind of person, but this time the stars aligned and I held my mouth just the right way, made all the promises we never keep and won them both (followed by stiff drinks to celebrate and relieve the tension of the last 10 seconds of bidding.

Just so you know - I am about as lucky as you but if you look for a thread entitled "Hate" - you'll see I am having a good run here lately too .

Nice Scores my friend! 2/3'ds of the way to fulfilling your dream list!

I'm glad that you've learned from the 'AWCRAPS' that you endured at first with FleaBay! It's satisfying to know that you really picked up some nice blades! Including the one you gave me!
