I had a Shumate Tungsten razor with a broken point and some bone scales with a broken pivot hole from a different razor. I shortened the blade to two inches and cut the scales down to fit the blade. It came out fairly decent, is a good shaver. The bone scales are particularly nice.

Several years ago I shortened an OTTO DEUTSCH HANS to two inches and that is also a good shaver. Shorties are especially good around the nose and fun to use.
